About Us

Expand Alternative Investments SA is a company focused on alternative investments in Portugal, founded in 2015 by Expand Capital SA together with partners from Duo Capital SA.

The shareholders’ accumulated experience drives value creation through an integrated approach across the entire distressed asset lifecycle - From origination and pricing to acquisition and management.

In 2021, a second investment vehicle Expand Alternative Investments II SA was launched, together with an international credit fund.

Not subject to any regulation, specific legislation or financial and banking supervision.
